Enough wine and spritzes to keep the conversation going. The Italian Bar is all yours. How cool is that? Now the only question is...Who's Buying? Available Sunday-Wednesday from 6pm. Thursday-Saturdays are fully committed for our own Italian Bar events

Carolyn Papetti combines international wine training, hospitality leadership, and the perspective of a longtime restaurateur. From the helm of the iconic Nick & Toni's Hamptons restaurant, to directing the F&B program at the distinguished Cosmos Club in DC, she has built a career synonymous with excellence, culminating in the creation of several standout DC restaurants. An evening with Carolyn is more than a wine tasting — it's a cultural and historic stroll though Italy.
