AIS-certified expertise behind every tasting, every bottle, every glass.
Sommelier and owner Carolyn Papetti has spent her career curating wine programs, most recently the approachable yet exclusive list at I'm Eddie Cano. Trained in Rome, where she earned her sommelier certification through the Associazione Italiana Sommelier (AIS), she returned home inspired to bring the city's beloved enoteca tradition to life at the Italian Bar.
